B&P Fabrications aim to provide defect free components, on-time to our customers. To that end B&P follow a programme of continuous improvement and internal audit to achieve that goal.
B&P Fabrications have a dedicated Quality Control team to follow the product from PPAP sample through to the manufacturing process and into finished parts stock – ready for despatch.
B&P Fabrications Quality Control inspection facilities include a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) – to check complex geometric tolerances and also a high tech portable CMM – the FaroArm to provide flexible and rapid inspection and verification of parts for the manufacturing teams.
The continuous improvement programme within B&P has quality focused team KPI’s that drive a “no fault forward” culture. Internal and customer expectations & quality metrics are communicated to the manufacturing teams on a regular basis.
