The production team at B&P analyse schedules and then produce parts for customers ahead of their demand.
Supply is therefore usually picked from stock and delivered to schedule. This system allows for a degree of flexibility in customer demand and enables the JIT delivery that is expected with OEM customers.
B&P have a fleet of vehicles and can deliver to customers, or supply ex-works depending on customer preferences.
