B&P is proud to announce the installation of its first nitrogen generator.
As part of our environmental focus and drive for increased manufacturing efficiency, B&P is trialling an MMS Nitrocube3 nitrogen generator.
B&P’s high-power lasers cut steel faster with nitrogen than oxygen. The gas is currently delivered in liquid form by diesel truck. In busy periods, we might receive up to ten deliveries per month.
The Nitrocube filters nitrogen from compressed air and stores it onsite. This ensures that nitrogen is available between deliveries, which will extend machine uptime, while reducing the number of deliveries required, removing trucks from the road and reducing our environmental impact.
