H&S initiative leads to a new extraction system.   A new dust extraction system utilising reverse jet technology has been installed at B&P by Impact Systems. The system installed in the fettling area will significantly improve dust and particle extraction and can be monitored via the airflow indicators.

Steel pallets for safe loading Joe Percival Laser Manager commented: “The company’s recent investment in bespoke steel pallets for steel deliveries means we can now load the automated Amada machines safely, (avoiding wooden pallets) and efficiently as pack sizes have been designed specifically to match the machine’s constraints. This has improved both machine uptime and lights out running.”
